Dr. Zeitoun is an organizational transformation and operational excellence expert with global experiences in strategy execution, operational excellence, portfolio, program, and project management. His experiences encompass leading organizations; developing their Enterprise Program Management Offices (EPMOs); guiding systematic Methodology implementations; and successfully executing complex global mega infrastructure, IT, and manufacturing strategies. Furthermore, he directed leadership education, innovations, research activities, and institutions’ curricula worldwide.
With PM Solutions, as their President, his responsibility energized the global strategic direction and performance of this strategy execution consulting and capability development firm. Previous to PM Solutions, Dr. Zeitoun was the Corporate PMO Executive Director for Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC), Abu Dhabi, UAE.  He was responsible for creating the transformation, strategy execution framework, executive coaching, and program discipline, necessary for developing the $40B complex country energy roadmap.  He drove achieving multiple excellence awards based on the  EFQM model.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, Dr. Zeitoun strategically envisioned and customized Booz Allen Hamilton’s EPMO advisory and
mapped playbooks and capability development to clients’ Billions of Dollars strategic initiatives. Furthermore, he led the
firm’s Middle East North Africa Portfolio Management Solutions as part of the leadership team that restarted the firm’s
global footprint. He also served as Booz Allen Hamilton’s representative on PMI’s Global Executive Council for 4 years.
With the International Institute of Learning, Inc. (IIL), Dr. Zeitoun was a Senior Executive and also held the position of Chief Projects Officer. He was instrumental in driving global expansion, thought leadership, and project management methodology execution across organizations worldwide. This resulted in increasing business size by 12 fold, with entities expanding from one headquarter to over 18 offices globally.
